about the process of labor and

birth confidently, avoiding
unnecessary pain caused by
fear and tension during labor.
As a DONA-certified birth
doula I accompany a woman
and her partner during labor
and birth to provide physical,
emotional, and informational
support. I can also provide
Placenta Encapsulation
Services for those interested.
